The starting point is steerable outboard power; 2 independently controlled engines adding useful control authority and joystick control adding useful control authority help limit the attention needed at low speed.

The captain-reviewed view
Boaters comfortable maneuvering a mid-size boat, including routine docking.
The Grady-White Freedom 325 should be fairly easy for most boaters to handle. It is easy to slow and stop, and its two outboards can be used separately, which gives you more control at low speed. Wind can push this boat around more, so windy days take extra care.
The two outboards can be shifted independently, so opposing forward and reverse thrust gives real low-speed maneuvering control, and joystick control coordinates the engines from a single control.

DockWise rates its handling demand Manageable (31 out of 100, where lower is easier). Boaters comfortable maneuvering a mid-size boat, including routine docking.

The two outboards can be shifted independently, so opposing forward and reverse thrust gives real low-speed maneuvering control, and joystick control coordinates the engines from a single control.
If this control configuration is new to you, consider on-water instruction with someone experienced in multi-engine joystick boats. Focus on docking and close-quarters maneuvering, so you learn when to use the two outboards independently and the joystick, and when to use them together.
